M*MODAL :

1. Open the Fluency direct application once the installation is complete

2. HOLD Shift and right-click on “Please sign in” >> Click on Advanced >> Enter the

below details including username and password

1. Click on the Dictation Tool (MModel) Icon to log in.

2. Enter the Username and password.

3. Right-click on the Dictation Tool and Click on The Commands

4. Group Creating :

5. To create the commands under Group :

1. Click on Group

2. Click on Add

6. To create the commands:

1. Enter the Command name.

2. Click on “Aa Text”.

3. Create the Command/template by using Voice/Text.

4. Click on Apply and Ok.

7. To Edit the Template/Command:

1. Click on the Group

2. Click on the Template which you want to edit.

After making changes to the Template/Command, click on the Apply button and

then click OK to save the changes.

8. How to Import the commands:

1. Right-click on the Mark Area

2. You will have the option to import and export.

3. Click on Import and select the file.

4. Click on open.

9. Once you have imported the commands/macros/templates, you will receive a

pop-up message below.
